Website
Gelinet
Multilingual website for a cleaning company in Cassà de la Selva, now being migrated to a faster static site.
The challenge
Gelinet is a cleaning services company based in Cassà de la Selva (Girona) that works for businesses and households across the area. It needed a website to explain its services and the area it covers, which it could maintain itself in Catalan, Spanish and English.
What I did
- I designed and built the website in 2021 with Laravel, on top of a custom CMS I had created for my client projects.
- Texts in each language, sections and the blog were managed from an admin panel, without relying on me for every change.
- In 2026 I am migrating it to a fully static site built with Nuxt and Tailwind, hosted on Cloudflare Pages: no database or server, with forms delivered through Resend.
Outcome
The site has been online since 2021 and is the only one on this list that can still be visited. The new static version is faster, more secure and practically free to maintain.
